We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our People & Culture team based in Pyrmont. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role plays a critical part in delivering end-to-end recruitment services and highly-quality candidate experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing through to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective attraction and hiring strategies
• Proactively source talent through job boards, social platforms and networks
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and support informed hiring decisions
• Leverage recruitment data and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes

About You:   

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, ideally within construction or a related industry
• Strong sourcing capability with sound candidate assessment and selection expertise
• Highly effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident working with Applicant Tracking Systems (PageUp experience preferred) and recruitment reporting
• Highly organized and proactive, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
