We are looking for a Sub-Foreman to join the Project Delivery Team based on our allocated project site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the site team through the direct supervision and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and labour hire workers on the site.

As the Sub-Foreman, you will:

• Manage OH&S compliance with all site attendees
• Coordinate and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Identify and collaborate with the site team to identify and reduce potential risks
• Coordinate all day to day activities on the site
• Monitor site materials, tools and equipment
• Perform manual laboring duties around site
• Manage site security

As the ideal applicant you will be:  

• Prior experience in commercial or industrial construction as a trade or sub-foreman
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
